Yamaha Adds So. Cal. YXZ1000R Demo & $1,000 Bonus To Pure UTV Race

This is the only place you can test a Yamaha YXZ1000R in a tough desert situation. Yamaha in conjunction with Alta Vista Events, has committed to bringing a fleet of new YXZ1000R’s for you to drive. While out there, you can watch or enter (in your own UTV) the final round of the AVE PURE UTV Series on October 28th, the PURE 250. This is the only “ALL” UTV race series on the west coast and takes place in California City, California which is a short drive from Bakersfield, Los Angeles, San Bernardino or Las Vegas.. Additionally, it is the best place to hone your desert racing skills, just ask guys like Matt Burroughs, Justin Lambert who still occasionally race the series.

Our editors have been competing in the series since 2013 and have racked up numerous wins and lots of cash. In fact, with this $1,000 Yamaha bonus offered to the overall winning UTV (no matter the brand) we expect the winner to take home at least $2500.
